^§	Pricing: All prices subject to change and availability.
^*	Hourly Rates: (a) A minimum of five (5) hours is required for development, customization, and support services. If the work requires fewer than five hours, the customer will be required to pay for the full five hours. The remaining time can be used at a later date and applied to a different project if desired. (b) A deposit may be required before service is rendered.
^††	Development: E-Centric, Inc. will make an estimate based on customer requirements, however, actual hours of work may vary from the initial estimate. The estimate’s accuracy depends largely on how detailed the requirements are which the customer provides initially. Customers must pay for actual hours worked, including time spent on supporting the client after completion of the project(s).
